With the app, you don’t need to have your email notifications popping up on your home screen and there is no risk of messages slipping in to spam mail.
No need to get up your web browser, search the web and log in… Simply click on to your app from your mobile or tablet, where you are already logged in and either respond to enquiries, update your profile or have browse of the Mad Dog 2020 blog! Everything you need is in one place.
Live chat – no need for emails or phone calls. The Live chat feature connects you directly to Artist Support, dealing with your queries in real time.
As easy access as the app is, we will still continue to run the service via the usual channels for those using desktops and the app is free to download and use.
