Following last year’s incredible partnership, Mad Dog 2020 Casting are confirmed as an Official TV Craft Partner to the British Academy Television Craft Awards for a consecutive year.

The BAFTA TV Craft Awards celebrate the best of the best in television craftsmanship over the past year, recognising the talent both in front and behind the screen. The evening will applaud those in nominated categories such as hair and make-up design, visual effects, breakthrough talent and many more.  Mirroring last year’s virtual ceremony, the TV Craft Awards will be live-streamed, cementing Mad Dog 2020 Casting as the only third party to broadcast the Awards, which will be accessible for anyone to stream at home or on the go.

For over 21 years Mad Dog 2020 Casting has provided Supporting Artists for countless BAFTA-winning productions including for some of this year’s nominees; Small Axe, I Hate Suzie, Sex Education and His Dark Materials.

“We are delighted to be extending our partnership with BAFTA and streaming the TV Craft Awards for a second year on the Mad Dog 2020 Casting Facebook page. After a far from normal year in the filming industry, we have worked alongside productions adapting to covid-safe filming and witnessed it evolving first-hand. We are excited to join the celebrations, cheering on the valuable talent of our industry who have contributed to another excellent year of television making.”

Graham Beswick, CEO of Mad Dog 2020 Casting

We are thrilled to be partnering with Mad Dog 2020 Casting for the second year, in support of the British Academy Television Craft Awards, BAFTA Crew and Guru Live. This partnership will help to support and develop emerging talent, whilst celebrating the work of established practitioners. BAFTA’s year-round learning programme helps create opportunities and with the support of our partners, we can continue to do more. We look forward to working with the team again and seeing what 2021 brings!
